2 Optimize
After we review the assessment with you, we'll move forward with you, optimizing your equipment. Together, we'll choose the proper equipment for each location using information you've never had before when it comes to placing a printing device. That information comes from the assessment.
1 Assess
Our no-charge assessment includes a physical location and inventory of all your print devices, your average monthly usage on each device and your Total Cost of Ownership per page. This process is virtually invisible to your staff, completely unobtrusive and we do not require your time or assets.
3 Implement
This is where product is moved/relocated or new equipment is strategically placed in the locations determined in the optimization step. Next, we take over completely with our help desk support, automatic supply fulfillment and break-fix service on all equipment. Your personnel assets are now free to support your core business.
